I am so tired of “designer” wear being pushed upon enmasse as cool when it is clearly awful. This is the perfect example of an idea and then executed immediately becomes BAD! Because Tory Burch bought a bunch of this fabric, they had to use it, and made god-awful dresses and blouses with it and they run ON SALE in the $200 dollar range! I don’t care if you are Jessica Stam, you cannot pull this off and make it look fashion forward. It is OLD LADY, plain straight! The shirt has RUFFLES! I am not sold on heels, some sort of poly print blouse and skinny jeans, and necklaces as fashion forward, SORRY, it looks ridiculous. This is why I am definitely going to design a line of clothing, WHEN I HAVE TIME because what is being shoved down the public’s throat as fashion is quite the contrary…
