I was in the Black Bear Wine shop in Westport the other day and the guy working there was so helpful! I was to have a guest over and thought to offer a little wine. I don’t drink much but do love the taste of a great pinot noir. I asked him for something fruity and red, and he immediately grabbed Stellar, a South African wine that has hints of melon, and berry! It was so delicious I had to write about it! I had two small glasses and got up like I had no wine at all the next day! No sulphites, equals no hangover! What could be more great than that??
Seems that Stellar Farms has won lots of awards for Organic Farming too! You can’t beat that! The web site for Stellar is so informative. I went with this one.. Merlot.. so yummy.
