For the longest time I have been telling my friends that IF I ever went camping with a guy and took a dip in the lake, and didn’t have access to a blow dryer the guy would run for the hills once my hair “air dried”!! My unblown hair looks like a cross between bozo the clown and Rosanna Dana from SNL, back in the day! I swear to you, I could never let my hair air dry! I woke up at 3 am Saturday and saw this product infomercial for CURL CONFIDENCE! I couldn’t believe it, all the women on there had the same problems I did with my hair, If I didn’t blow dry it it basically looks AWFUL ! Occassionally I stumble upon some amazing web sites that are chock full of helpful information and SelfGrowth.Com is one of my faves.  I have signed up to be on their email list and get great tips via email on a regular basis from some of the leading self improvement, human potential experts out there.  This site is relatively new, but growing quickly.  I get totally excited about supplements, health and attempting to feel my best all the time.  I won’t lie, I have been feeling a little fatigued lately, so I have been very focused on creating energy, vitality, and health in 2010! I want to feel PERFECT.. don’t we all? I will share with you what I do… short of chocolate.. which I am going to have to give up… because I have an aggressive fitness goal for this year of my life… plus, the gym is so great for people watching.  What makes me laugh is EVERYone looks miserable and looks you in the eye at the gym.  When I people watch, I don’t look people in the eye, I do it discreetly.  The gym and the train are curious places… people are generally focused, blank faced, appear somewhat miserable and tense… HA HA HA … I am going on a tangent here… back to SelfGrowth.com. I am of firm belief that we only go around once, (I think).. and for this time I am here I want to express what is closest to my heart and what I love.. that is sharing great information, humor, and inspiring the people around me.  Coming from a generation where our parents were dependant on their job, their retirement, and their percieved security will make it a challenge to convince them to trust you in your endeavors.  For they were brought up in a way to value the job that didn’t necessarily define them, but would “pay the bills.”  I urge all of you to sit back and think about what it is that you truly love and try to imagine yourself making a living doing what you love!  If you can’t figure out what you love, search through your hobbies, and think about how you like to enjoy your spare time, you may begin to figure it out.
