Occassionally I stumble upon some amazing web sites that are chock full of helpful information and SelfGrowth.Com is one of my faves.  I have signed up to be on their email list and get great tips via email on a regular basis from some of the leading self improvement, human potential experts out there.  This site is relatively new, but growing quickly.  I get totally excited about supplements, health and attempting to feel my best all the time.  I won’t lie, I have been feeling a little fatigued lately, so I have been very focused on creating energy, vitality, and health in 2010! This is my very first Video Blog.. I didn’t want to over think, over plan, and over prepare… I thought to jump in, do it, get it done, since I told about 6 people I was going to start video blogging.. I HAD TO DO IT… I don’t prefer to be thought of as “hot air.”  I am a doer, and that is how I live, breathe and operate.
