Found the Magic One- Wheatgrass Powder...

I am a supplement junkie, meaning I am always searching for the perfect combination for optimal health and energy. I wish I could find a site whereby they would give a stellar combination of  protein shake, b vitamins, diet, work outs, etc. I feel like there are way too many products out there, and each person has a loyalty to some brand, even if its results aren’t unbelievably great!

Is there a web site out there? Even having gone to naturopaths, nutritionists, etc. I find that they give the same ratio and recipes to everyone, much like the physical trainer who just got their certification. These kids who do the same exercises with everyone. There needs to be a personal approach to creating the exact workout/nutrition/supplement program for every individual. Unfortunately, just working out and eating right doesn’t work due to the very poor quality of our food (soil nutrient depletion, pesticides, rapid growth methods, etc).

For energy, I don’t wish to grab for that cup of coffee to get me where I need to be for higher functioning and energetic response. I want to do it all naturally- but haven’t quite figured it out. My favorite place to shop is The Vitamin Shoppe. I get totally lost in there, go out of my mind with excitement and almost wish I worked there so I could know about each supplement and what to recommend for myself and others.

I’ve been doing a mix each am, and at times PM of:

Keto Protein Powder, Algae based Omega Oil, Another oil of dha omega 3s acid something or other, Colostrum, Green Vibrance, and when I remember, benefiber. with organic juice, either pear, apple, blueberry, or cherry (or a combination thereof) with frozen fruit pieces, usually blueberry, strawberry, a fresh banana, cherries)  Seems that this should create some real nutritional benefits, but it’s not kick starting me the way I wish. I am consuming one cup of coffee about an hour or two later.

I wrote the top portion of this yesterday, before I incorporated the wheatgrass powder and blueberry hyaluronic acid liquid. I will also do intermittant drops of Ginseng- I have it down. I wish I could spend all day outdoors doing fun shit, and exercising my arse off. Now that would be THE LIFE… that along with 100 pushups each morning before work… and beat my chest like King Kong BITCH!

My life is changing rapidly, for the better! I am excited to be able to change the way I feel through chemical detoxification! My new skincare regimen has been remarkably helpful in assisting me in balancing my hormones and I have never felt better, happier and more relaxed. I now view Sephora as the house that cancer built! It is the most toxic place a woman can shop! It used to be the most exciting castle of glamour to me, and now it has a metaphorical skull and crossbones with an X through it as every product they sell contributes to toxicity and cancer for women! I don’t know when women are finally going to realize that what they put on their skin is stored in their bodies and manifests itself into disease and illness! I realize that this is a very bold statement, but now that I am living proof of how much different I feel as a result of wearing healthy makeup, using safe skin care, and shampoos– I will never go back and be a victim of packaging, advertising, and poison products.

In conjunction with changing my entire skincare regimen, I also use crystal deodorant, no longer wear perfume and sleep in baking soda clean sheets I have never slept more soundly and completely! I no longer have bags under my eyes EVER. It is amazing! I will also save a boat load of money on impulse purchases, because of having to read ingredient labels thoroughly!

I am going to over share here, but I no longer am bloated before my menstrual cycle, have no more PMS, and over all feel pretty euphoric and even keeled. That is the way to master one’s life! If you suffer from any PMS, heavy periods, sore breasts, and bloating, you need to make these changes now because all those symptoms are created by xeno estrogens and contribute to CANCER!

Breast Cancer is Closely Tied to Estrogen Exposure

There are a number of studies that have given us clues about the factors contributing to breast cancer. But one of the most significant factors is synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT). According to a study published online in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, breast cancer rates for women dropped in tandem with decreased use of HRT. In Canada, between 2002 and 2004, HRT use dropped by 7.8 percent. During that same time, breast cancer rates also fell by 9.6 percent.

This further supports existing evidence that HRT is linked with breast cancer, which is an estrogen-related cancer. So it is no surprise that giving women potent synthetic estrogens will increase their risk.

However, there’s a twist.

After remaining stable at around five percent between 2004 and 2006, breast cancer rates then began to rise again, even though HRT use remained low. The researchers claim this is an indication that HRT simply speeds up tumor growth, as opposed to directly causing it.

It’s also important to remember that you are exposed to a large number of estrogen-like compounds daily, called xenoestrogens. Estrogen pollution is increasingly present all around you, from plastics to canned food and drinks, food additives, household cleaning products, and pesticides. And estrogen levels are rising in our waterways as a result of the runoff from factory animal farms.

Still, whether it’s a promoter or a causative factor, there’s good reason to be wary of using HRT to address natural menopause. There is no reason to subject yourself to synthetic hormones when you reach menopause—the risk is simply too great.

If you are experiencing excessive menopausal symptoms, you may want to consider bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, which uses hormones that are molecularly identical to the ones your body produces and does not wreak havoc on your system, which is a much safer alternative.

There are similar risks for younger women who use oral contraceptives—birth control pills, which are also comprised of synthetic hormones—have been linked to cervical and breast cancers. Another aggravating factor in breast cancer is, unfortunately, the breast cancer screening tool itself.

• Help your body destroy mutated cancer cells so they cannot spread throughout your body
• Decrease inflammation
• Enhance liver function
• Inhibit the synthesis of a protein thought to be instrumental in tumor formation
• Prevent the development of additional blood supply necessary for cancer cell growth

And according to researchers from the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, curcumin blocks a key biological pathway needed for development of melanoma and other cancers.

The spice actually stops laboratory strains of melanoma from proliferating and pushes the cancer cells to commit suicide by shutting down nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kB), a powerful protein known to induce abnormal inflammatory response that leads to an assortment of disorders such as arthritis and cancer.

To get the full benefits that curcumin has to offer, you will want to look for a turmeric extract with at least 95% curcuminoids that contains only 100% certified organic ingredients.
