<p>I found this recipe in the Parade section of the NY Post and it was created by Padma Lakshmi, the Indian actress, model and TV host of Top Chef.  Since I only prepared this meal for 2 people, we had a lot left over and had the idea to add cooked elbow noodles to it- OMG.. soooo good&#8230; We created turkey goulash by accident and it lasted a couple days!  We loved it&#8230;</p>
