Oliver Green belts can be spot cleaned with products like Tide Stick or OxyClean spray. Many customers also machine wash their fabric belts (although I don't recommend it), let them hang dry, and then steam press or iron them.

How do I keep my belt looking new?

A D-ring belt will naturally soften with everyday wear. To keep it looking sharp, a quick steam ironing keeps the cotton fresh and smooth.

Will the belt stay tight, or loosen like other fabric belts?

Our Oliver Green D-Ring belts are made with pliable cotton webbing and the right-weight metal D-rings. This combination guarantees a secure fit that stays snug all day, even during movement, sports, or activities like golf.

What is the difference between the 2-inch and 1.5-inch belts?

The 2-inch D-Ring belt creates a bold, statement look that works exceptionally well with low-rise or boot-cut pants and breeches but still fits standard belt loops.
The 1.5-inch D-Ring belt is a classic width that fits most belt loops and offers a slightly more subtle, everyday style. 

The 1.25-inch D-Ring belt is slightly thinner, and it was just added in 2025. If you prefer this width, you can email or text to inquire about a particular pattern you see online in other widths.
