Refund Policy for Graphic Tees (Print-on-Demand)

All graphic tees, including collections such as Fugitive Tees, Heritage Equestrian, and Retro Tiger, are printed on demand. Because of this, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Preference for a different fit or color

Damaged or Misprinted Tees

If your graphic tee arrives damaged or with a printing error, our Refund Policy covers you with either a free reprint or a full refund.

To submit a claim, email sandra@olivergreenonline.com with:

  • Your order ID

  • A clear photo of the damaged or misprinted item

Once verified, we will process a reprint or refund promptly.

Refund Policy for Oliver Green Belts

Our Oliver Green D-Ring belts are handmade and built to last. We accept returns and exchanges on belts if:

  • The product is unworn and in original condition

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided

Exchanges for Belts

Need a different size or style? Our belt size guide can help, but if you need to swap, you may request an exchange. The same 14-day timeframe applies.

Non-Refundable Belt Items

  • Final sale or discounted belts

  • Belts showing signs of wear or use

Process for Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Please submit a request via our Contact Page.

  2. Provide your order ID and any supporting photos (if applicable).

  3. For belts: ship your return to us in original condition.

  4. For tees: approved claims for damaged/misprinted items are processed with a reprint or refund.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on belts, unless the belt arrived defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For tees, we cover shipping on approved misprint/damage replacements.
